Breathtaking views of vineyards with Seneca Lake in the distance. 8 wineries and craft beer breweries within 5 miles from the property. Watkins Glen is a short 15 minute drive, Ithaca and Geneva are only 30 minutes. 

Stay in 399 sq Ft cabins with lofts, built in 2023. All the luxuries of home including air conditioning, heat, TV's, Wi-Fi,  full bath and kitchen.

We currently have two cabins on the property and putting in a third in the spring of 2024. Rent one with your special someone or bring the family and rent them all. Dogs welcome, up to two per cabin.

So close to everything but far enough away to escape it all.
